Systems approach in the analysis of interaction and banking institutions

Abstract


 The value of effective bank management is growing in modern conditions due to new customer demands in connection with the massive spread of information and communication technologies. Because of increasing importance it should be worked out the systematic approach to the interaction of banks and enterprises. The article deals with a systematic approach to the interaction of banks and enterprises. The basic features of a systematic approach concerning the interaction of companies and banking institutions are determined. It has been formulated the purpose, objectives, objects and stages. For these entities the organization and levels of complexity of a decision are highlighted, that is, it has been defterminedthe set of consistently identified problems that can be solved by a multi-level structuring. The influence of the organizational structure of the bank on the processes of interaction with businesses is considered. Directions of improvement of methodic effectiveness of analysis of the effectiveness of interaction between banks and businesses are offered. Particularly it concerns the complex of system indicators that facilitate this interaction by making optimal management decisions.
