Conception of airport personnel management on the different stages of life cycle of organization

Abstract

In this article the theoretical aspects of conception of airport personnel management on the different stages of life cycle of organization are considered. The tasks of airport personnel management are analysed on each of the selected stages. Characteristic features of airport staff at each stage of its life cycle are determined. It has been proved that every stage of the life cycle needs its own approach to personnel management and determines the strategic priorities of personnel policy. The recommendations that should improve the state of process of personnel management, which is the basis of human capital of modern airports, are worked out. It has been determined that the main difficulty causes the situation of transition from one stage to another. It is a promising direction for further research in this area of economic activity.
