Study of the trends of development of auto transport enterprises
Abstract
European choice of Ukraine, its integration in high-tech competitive landscape identifies the need for the formation of competitive auto transport enterprises with efficient transport and logistics technologies, high technical and technological level . That means significant increase of transport development demands on a new basis. Today the situation in the automotive market in Ukraine is very difficult - a drop in production ( at the beginning of 2013 output of "Zaporizhia Automobile Building Plant" dropped by 30%. Decline in production at factories of Corporation "Bohdan" has reached 88%, "Chernigiv car" reduced its production 14 times less), loss of technical capacity , namely the obsolescence of technical systems and rolling stock companies (the degree of depreciation is 90%), unsatisfactory innovation and technological component of the transport industry, because of the low rates for transportation, which is subject to state regulation, that is a lack of flexible competitive pricing policy, a lack of investment in terms of concessions, public -private partnership; underdevelopment of transport - logistical technologies (only 50% of freight forwarding companies and 43.8 % of warehouse operators that provide freight forwarding, and only 40% of transport-forwarding provide one of the main logistics services - Intermodal Transport ); problem of late payment of wages (the total debt of all economic activities is 32.2% for companies which repair vehicles). Analysis of the current state of the industry has found out that in the long term strategic direction of auto transport enterprises should be systematic restructurion of the industry with a focus on conditions of domestic and foreign markets . The interest of auto transport enterprises in solving these difficult problems should be encouraged to gain appropriate privileges, comprehensive government support which is aimed at the development of production, the introduction of scientific - technical progress, of innovation , that largely depends on the further development of the field of anti-crisis measures of the Government of Ukraine.
