Ethnological dimension of economic project in modern world economy
Abstract
The article is devoted to the model formalization of economic projects view in the context of ethnic and cultural interaction spaces (super-ethnos) in the global economy. The modern global economy is considered as a superposition of various transition forms from an industrial (hierarchical) to the new (network) structure. Each of these forms is quite short, but the effects of each of them can have a long-term nature. This is a major contradiction in the analysis of the global economy: between short duration of existence of transitional forms of management and a considerable number of possible long-term economic consequences of their manifestation. In such circumstances, to ensure effective economic modeling and forecasting some invariant is in need. The ethnic processes can serve as such invariant - namely, interaction of superethnos as large power systems. Accordingly, for the global economy such interaction at the system level should be the basis for economic analysis. Economic analysis has a certain set of generalization of research projects. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of complexes cause the difference between macro-level and meso-level of economic analysis. However, the criterion of bundling in today's global economy remains a problem without ethnic processes consideration as invariant factors.
With this aim, the paper presents a series of models concerning the interaction of super-ethnoses in today's global economy. In particular, it can be the energy interaction model of superethnos interaction, the model of equilibrium exchange within one superethnos, the model of uneven energy exchange between super-ethnoses, the energy model of the world economy and the energy model of economic projects in the world. Based on these models it is proposed the awareness of the economic project as the fragment and the model of certain super-ethnos, ie carrier of certain energy characteristics. This will not only determine its (the project) destiny (trajectory in the global market), but will also allow to carry out effective modeling and forecasting at various levels. This definition of projects as local fragments of super-ethnos interaction provides system basis for overcoming the contradictions of economic analysis at the present stage.
