Problems of formation the theoretical model management staff development company

Abstract


The essence of theoretical models of development management staff categorization and characteristics of its domestic market. The system of improving the management of personnel development with the use of productivity levels for domestic enterprises (including enterprises alcohol industry ). Shown ratio levels of performance with actual performance of enterprises through planned oscillatory trends and regulatory levels, developed strategy development management personnel and determined the level of performance of staff through to the basic production principles. Research of domestic enterprises at the micro level in a particular industry using konsaltynu and additional management personnel. Definitely a comprehensive assessment of significant human resources through the involvement of internal mental abilities and acquired skills of the individual. Reveals the need for further study of productivity levels in the form of domestic enterprises. The changes of degrees of actual productivity of domestic enterprises in view of the surplus product of labor. Also presented information - resource management subsystem model organizational processes of staff development enterprises alcohol industry in the region. Formulated an opinion on the methods of identification of states of productivity and problem solving development management personnel of national enterprises.
