Abstract

Planning at the enterprise is an important element efficient activity. Its effective use will become the basis for the certain strategy of conducting business in the future. The article deals with effective planning at the enterprise. The notion of planning criteria is considered. It is proposed a system of commercial and non-commercial production figures. Today, both national and global economies are characterized by variability, uncertainty, determinism, highly dynamic, risky and fast turnover. All these features will continue to increase. The evidenced of this process is theworld financial – economic crisis. Under such conditions it is necessary to find the appropriate means, that will reduce the negative consequences of such manifestations. One such tools is the introduction of planning, in particular the construction of the planning system at all levels of management, ranging from enterprises and ending at state level. Formation of the planning system allows to determine future organizational – economic, technological, socio – political and other effects of the external environment, as well as to be able to identify internal threats and to take appropriate management decisions, that is, unequivocally, a prerequisite of continuous, smooth and efficient activity of an enterprise and the state as a whole.
