Principles of dialectical logic in the methodology of analutical grounding of modern management solutions
Abstract
Theoretical and methodological research of dialectical relationship between the requirements of modern management decisions and methodology of economic analysis as a tool for their study is carried out. It is established a number of requirements to current management solutions, includingthe following ones: the need to develop solutions proactively, target programmability, integrated approach, the validity of a decision-making logic of content, clarity, flexibility (adaptability), timeliness and efficiency. The system of principles of dialectical logic of the analytical software production management solutions including objective phenomena and processes, the integrity of the research object, completeness study, constant-depth knowledge, constant movement and development, unity and struggle of opposites, theoretical development and practical test results is grounded. It has been determined that for the development of management decisions in advance analytical study should be carried out towards constant-depth knowledge on the basis of theoretical developments and comprehensively considering the constant movement and the development of the object (the last two principles allow to provide such an important requirement for modern management decisions as timeliness); target programmability of solutions can be provided through the comprehensiveness of the study and consideration of the integrity of the object; investigation of management solutions as integral objects of study is also requiredin order to provide integrated approaches, consistency of content and flexibility. In addition, the requirement of consistency of content management solutions can be observed when considering management decisions in their constant movement and development. Comprehensiveness of the study is necessary to provide its flexibility. Requirements of clarity and reasonableness of solutions can be achieved through objective phenomena and processes, as well as the last requirement - through the principle of unity and struggle of opposites. Also they are important in the process of fixation of the most important criteria - efficiency needs fundamental theoretical developments and practical tests with deep analysis of the results. Also within the study of dialectical principles it has been established the applicability of existing analytical tools of economic analysis to justify the current management decisions and directions of its development.
