Human resource management in power industry of Georgia

Abstract


Human resource management is one of the most actual modern problems. The way the manager will be able to effectively run the people who work with him is of great importance to the company; the future and success of the company depends on it. Incentives have a particularly important role in the labor process because they affect the productivity of the organization. Energy takes a great place in the area of human resource management. Over a long and difficult period of development in the energy sector of Georgia there has been created significant operational capacity. The article deals with the preparation of energy shots in the field of energy and the way of upgrading the personnel.
