Problems of budget state security

The main theoretical approaches to the management of security of the state budget, the analysis of the status and dynamics of fiscal security of Ukraine, particularly in the aspect of providing payments on external public debt have been discovered in this article. The problem of managing security budget has been discovered by many scientists. The purpose of this article is an analysis of approaches to ensure security of the state budget. Nowadays in Ukraines the means of ensuring security of the budget are not properly used and it is proved on the basis of statistics. The results of the research show that the Ukrainian budget is in deficit for many years. The conclusions are as the following: the  security budget state in Ukraine is not fully provided; state debt management should be aimed at achieving long-term, strategic goals that will lead to economic growth, investment attractiveness, financial stability and enhancement of the credit rating of Ukraine.
