Regulatory mechanism of innovative development of the economy of Ukraine

Abstract


The purpose of the article is the analysis of the state, essence and peculiarities of the formation of regulatory mechanism of the innovative development of the national economy of Ukraine. The regulatory mechanism of the innovative development of the national economy has been divided into components, namely, regulatory base and institutional base and their nature is defined. The stages of the development of the regulatory base are established and the defects are found. The connection  between the level of social capital and the condition of the institutional base is determined, definite factors which influence its development and state are depicted. Summarizing the stated material, the measures to improve the regulatory mechanism are suggested, among them are as the following: introduction of innovative code, strengthening of internal competition and protection of intellectual property, series of economic stimulus
