Analysis of innovative development of industrial enterprises and ways of its stimulation
Abstract
In the article the necessity of transferring of industrial enterprises on the innovative type of development is considered. Thus it is proved that the stimulation of innovative activity of enterprises both at state level and at the level of concrete participants of innovative process becomes important. Growth of efficiency of innovative development of enterprises requires perfection of the system of stimulation of its activation. One of factors of braking of innovative development of enterprises is a deficit of financial resources in Ukraine. In the condition of lack of financial resources both for the states and for the business entities stimulation of bringing in of facilities on innovative activity of enterprises by purposeful external influence of the state on economic interests of subjects of innovative activity becomes very important. The system of state stimulation of innovative development of industrial enterprises can be perfected by introduction of tax incentives, which will improve the terms of financing and will promote their personal interest in activation of innovative process. The reward of participants of innovative development must depend on their contribution in the economic result of activity of enterprise.
