The problems of satisfaction of the community needs in the process of forming the innovative economy
Abstract
The modern state of the communities in Ukraine is exposed. Their financial possibility and ability for problem satisfaction are considered. Forming problems and basic sources of charges of the communities are analysed. The problem of the life quality in our state, the limit below which the poverty occurs, and also the limit set of goodness, that is needed for satisfaction of urgent people necessities, are investigated. The influence of communities and their role in forming of innovative economy in Ukraine are considered. Problems of migration of scientific manpower abroad are shown. The modern state and prospects, in relation to the remuneration of labour in each area of Ukraine are determined. Problems of shadowing of economy, and influence of this fact on possibilities of communities, in relation to satisfaction of their necessities are defined.
Working out the present problem obtains the actual meaning, since it gives the possibility to estimate the real level of changes in social economic position of our state. The determination of the problems, which are estimated in communities nowadays, gives a real opportunity to reflect the hierarchic differentiation of the current system of satisfaction the needs of the society. The investigation of this problem is a key moment for not only legislative and executive authority, but also for social and political life of Ukraine in a cut through every settlement, which determines the position and activity of the organizations, the urgent aim of which is the maintenance of population interest.
