Government control significance of state enterprises activity of sanatorium-resort complex in Ukraine

Abstract

The state plays a key role for regulation of relations between the organizations and enterprises that carry out economic activity in the conditions of market economy.

Especially it is very important for the state enterprises. Effective government control of sanatorium-resort complex activity would protect unique health-resorts from a plunder in the ninetieths of the twentieth century.

The article deals with the question of government control significance of the economic activity of state enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex on the example of Ukrainian state enterprise the «Central military sanatorium «Yalta»». The terrible state of financially-economic activity of this enterprise has been caused by absence of government control and undesirability of some public servants to react effectively on the frank criminal acts of enterprise director. So, the situation, that could be observed on the state enterprise the «Central military sanatorium is «Yalta»» not an exception, but a usual thing. The only way out of this situation could be the law that will fully regulate activity of unitary state enterprise from founding and up to closing of accounts. Also, this law will strengthen enterprises leaders’ and unfair  officials responsibility for malfeasances.
