Methodological approach to the development of models of innovation-oriented personnel management system

Iryna Olehivna Prodan

Abstract

Introduction. The paper is dedicated to a specific side of personnel management system issue such as innovation development. Article tells us about the methodology of designing a mathematical innovation-oriented model which appears to be the basis in further studies of patterns and mechanisms in personnel management processes. Functional correlations between basic economic indicators of enterprise is observed and their influence on mathematical expressions of innovation processes in personnel is studied. The capital-providing indicator is calculated as one of the fundamental economic parameters in innovation potential of personnel formation.

The purpose of this article lies in development and execution of practical application of methodological approach in designing the mathematical model of innovation-oriented system of personnel management. The main task is to define functional correlations between main indicators of enterprise, finding the capital-providing parameter and calculation of innovation potential indicator.

Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of this research paper is fundamental definitions of economic theory, science papers of the best native and foreign researchers in field of innovative development of enterprise and personnel management system. Economic modeling method is used in creation of mathematical model.

Result. With the help of economic calculations, functional correlations and casual modeling of formulas the indicator of innovation potential of personnel is calculated. This provides us with the information about the personnel innovation activity predisposition. In the future innovative potential indicator will contribute in further implementation of idea of development of mechanism of innovation-oriented system of personnel management.
