Justification of motivational mechanism of tourist enterprise

Abstract


In the article it  has been shown the development of scientific approaches to defining the foundations, structure, purpose, subject and object, the criteria for measuring the effect of the introduction of the motivational mechanism for tourism enterprises. The classification of factors that influence the motivation of staff is improved. The formation of motivational mechanism for tourism enterprises is grounded.

Introduction. Development of tourism enterprises at this stage is complicated due to many reasons. The main reason,  in our opinion, is the lack of effective mechanisms of motivation.

The absence of such mechanisms does not allow travel companies to resist the negative impact of factors and macro-environment problems, and solve practical problems.

While groundidng the mechanism of formation of personnel motivation we should take into account not only the process of staff control, serving customers, but wider range of issues.

Purpose. The purpose of this research is to study the motivational mechanism of tourist enterprise, which meets the following research objectives: based on a synthesis of research results we have defined foundation, structure, purpose, subject and object, the criteria for measuring the effect of the introduction of the motivational mechanism for tourism enterprises; factors of influence on staff motivation, and the formation of motivational mechanism for tourism enterprises; content presented motivational mechanism tourist enterprise.

Method (Methodology). Summarizing the content of works of scientists that solve problems of companies in other industries, we consider it necessary to define the base (foundation, which is based on the mechanism), its structure (basic elements), the purpose of implementation and management of the subject and the object, which is oriented mechanism, factors in the formation and unit of measure of the effect of the introduction.

Results. The paper improved the classification of factors influencing the motivation of staff, and the formation of motivational mechanism for tourism enterprises. It has been grounded the motivational mechanism of tourist enterprises. Thus, current research task is the selection and classification of personnel motivation factors of tourism enterprises. This area of research today has been working out by the economists of the department of tourism of Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Mykhailo Tugan-Baranovskyi.
