Investigation of employee’s professional development intensity at industrial enterprises
Abstract
The intensity of employee’s professional development at industrial enterprises on macro economical level is investigated. The analysis of the intensity based on calculated indicators that reflect the dynamic of staff qualitative composition is carried out. The index that characterize the share of high-educated employees in total composition of personnel is defined. The usage of this index as an indicator of education and the basis of quality formation and effectiveness of professional growthorganization are justified. The index that characterize the share of job market demand in general enterprise’s staff demand is analyzed. The level of staff qualification improvement periodicity is calculated and afterwards the comparison analysis with its normative indices is done. With the goal to identify tendency and its influence on the quality and effectiveness of enterprise activity the chain rates of the employee’s increasing share in account number of employees who have participated in professional training are analyzed.
