Basic methods of informational asymmetry elymination: microeconomic level

Abstract


Formation of effective methods of information collection and processing is one of the ways to reduce the risks of the company business activity and to expand its market opportunities. In the article the major market indices that are calculated in Information Marketing System are reviewed. The generalized system of analytical steps to reduce and eliminate the negative effects of imperfect information environment is formed. A range of measures to improve organizational business activity of enterprise is proposed. The special attention is paid to the Marketing Information System and its components: the system of internal accounting, the system of collecting current marketing information, the system of marketing research and analytical marketing system. The interaction of market participants, who actively use the marketing information system in the conditions of information asymmetry, is schematically represented.
