Abstract

The enterprise as an open social-economic systemisprimarily characterized by the external environment. Unstable economic conditions require enterprises to adapt to constant changes in the market environment adaptation in tactical and strategic development and methods of production to the new environment requirements. Implementation of measures in reforming and building of the social-oriented enterprises is a priority task in the process of development of Ukrainian industry. The problems of implementation of international standards in the Ukrainian industrial sector in modern integration processes are defined in the article. It allows to determine the solution of the national metallurgy problems by the adaptation. The approaches to the definition of adaptation businesses, that allow arranging patterns of functioning in a dynamical and multi-level developing economic systems are analyzed. The complex of world adaptation factors that affect the direction and pace of adaptation processes in the steel industry is determined. The systematization of eurointegration process that influence the metallurgical enterprise is proposed. Adaptation problems or metallurgical enterprises concerning the world standards are classified and analyzed. Recommendations for the ways of metallurgical enterprises adaptation to the market conditions providing activity’s effectiveness maximization are proposed. Terminology about determining metallurgical enterprises adaptation for the modern market conditions is developed. Its originality is in the interpretation of an adaptation as a mechanism of continuous adjustment process to environment due to effective metallurgical enterprise’s functioning taking into account stakeholders’ interests. But unlike existing terminus, it examines the process of adaptation both by focusing on adaptation to external factor and as a process of self-adjustments to internal factors. It allows to increase the development and functioning of steel industry resistance level and the economic feasibility of implementation strategic changes into business activity’s adaptation to market conditions.
