Innovative development of vegetable industry in terms of production intensification

Abstract

The increase in manufacture of vegetables, increase of its economic efficiency at the present stage can onle become possible on the basis of innovative development of the branch. The development of vegetable growing has to be focused on resource- and energy-saving techniques and technology. The practical recommendations as for the innovative development of vegetable-growing branch in conditions of an intensification of manufacture are grounded in the article. The further effective development of vegetable growing is inextricably related with investments. Without them the innovative activity in vegetable-growing branch becomes impossible. It testifies the experience of the best enterprises of the Crimea. As researches show, the important direction of innovative development has become the use of seeds of grades and hybrids of foreign selection which is marked by the maximum recoupment in comparison with domestic one. The great value in innovative development of vegetable growing has the use of modern progressive technologies with the mechanized harvesting possibilities. So, use of harvest complex of crop during cultivation of onions gives economy of material – monetary expenses of 3,1 thousand grn. /hectare, six times reduces time of cleaning, reduces labor input of process (instead of 20 persons only four work).
