Formation of human resources in Ukrainian companies in modern realities

The article is devoted to one of the social standards of society which is  wage. It is used as a quantitative index of evaluation of employees and affects their quality indicator. These factors influence the formation of human resources capacity of domestic enterprises. Insufficient level of researched questions of human resources management of a company has allowed to form a goal of research.

A certain level of the minimum wage of the leading countries of the world has allowed to find out the social standards of life in each country, which is one of the most important criteria for evaluating the quality of life, set the aspect ratio of the minimum wage and living wage. On the basis of above mantioned information it has been substantiated the necessity of strengthening the state's influence on the formation, implementation and control of income policy, including wage policy. In particular, it has been determined that the minimum wage should exceed the cost of living 1.2-1.5 times in order to equal the cost of the resources needed for the worker and his/her family. It is proposed to calculate the minimum wage on the basis of the creation of the correlation model. It  should be based on appropriate statistical criteria – factors that significantly affect the level of minimum wage: subsistence wage, commodity part of the collection of personal consumption, income distribution among the economically active population, the growth index of consumer prices , employment and etc.

One of the ways to solve the problem of the quality of personnel potential of the enterprise in modern conditions is the personnel policy. It should not only include the methods and means of human resource management, but also determine the need for specialists, form a reserve of highly qualified specialists through the use of outstaffing and outsourcing.

The above mentioned information provides a system basis for overcoming the contradictions between wages and living wage for a single worker, that will increase the efficiency of formation and use of human resources both at the country level and at the level of individual entities.
