Features of food problem at the household level (on the example of Ternopil region)

Abstract


In the article with the help of questionnaire the problems of food security at the household level in the region have been stidied. In particular the author analyses the level of consumption of basic food products, the cost of food, the stocks of food, food quality, the level of family product self-sufficiencythrough food agricultural production in subsistence farming etc.
