Investigation of enterprises of consumer services Ukraine
Abstract
In the article the major trends in the market of consumer services in Ukraine. Processing of the results revealed factors that adversely affect the consumer services on the example of service centers and enterprises providing personal services. In assessing demand, defined and studied common factors that affect the formation of demand for all domestic services. Research demand satisfaction was conducted by questionnaire. According to the results set level of satisfied and unsatisfied demand for domestic services. The research of the market of public services for example, maintenance and personal services in Ukraine helped to identify strategic priorities for the development of consumer services, domestic consumer services sector is due to a kind of absolute dominance among entities of small businesses; one of the most urgent problems of modern Ukrainian market of public services is low profitability of consumer services; one of the most promising forms of business associated with public service organizations, accompanies and forms a network; intensive development of consumer services contributes to growing consumer demand for household services.
