Influence peculiarities of information perception and transmission to the formation of target production group staff
Abstract
Introduction. In today's transition to a market economy to function effectively enterprises need a complete and efficient use of personnel. However, now when making personnel decisions are not fully captured abilities and skills of each employee, due to individual characteristics of his personality. Among them indicate any difference between the perception and transmission of information resulting impact on staff activities in general and effective exchange of information between different departments.
Purpose. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of information perception and transmission for groups of staff in production activities and directions of personnel management.
Method (methodology). Theoretical and methodological basis of research based on the works of leading domestic and foreign experts in the area of decision-making of personnel management and individual perception and transmission of information. The study used general scientific knowledge of statistics and expert analysis.
Results. Analyzed and summarized current approaches to the processes of decision-making of personnel management taking into account individual characteristics of staff. The analysis demonstrate that specific target groups of staff characterized by the types of individual perception. Selection of the optimal for a particular employee productive activities according to the individual characteristics of the reception and transmission of information will contribute to a more complete and efficient use of his skills, namely, the effective exchange of information in the enterprise, improvement of customer service, etc., and will increase the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole.
