Quality management service at airports

Abstract


This article presents a set of measures of quality management service at airports that allow you to set the level of service quality and decide whether further provision or the need for improvement. Improving the quality of service at airports strategize allow competition in the market based on the existing capacity airport Approaches to defining criteria of quality of aviation services at airports are in shaping the quality management system to provide services at the airport to highlight the main criteria for airline requirements associated with diversification activity that allows you to balance the market airline flights. The author proved the results of the study and recommendations of it sapplications.
