Formation of effective organizational mechanism for management of engineering enterprise
Abstract
The essence of the concept “organizational mechanism of the enterprise management” has been presented in the article. The approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists to determination of this concept and its structural elements have been analyzed. It has been determined the main tools of organizational mechanism that ensure the effective management of machine building enterprise.
It was indicated on peculiarities of functioning organizational mechanism of machine building enterprise management based on the data of research conducted by the author at the domestic machine-building enterprises. It was emphasized on the necessity of consideration peculiarities for construction organizational management mechanism in a competitive environment through efficiency factors for successful merging of the enterprise in the external environment.
