The gnoseology of the economic systems in the public goods reproduction theory

Abstract

The determination of the regularities of the impact of the economic system gnoseology on the public goods reproduction theory has become the subject of the research. In accordance with it the existent visions of the economic systems have been analyzed and the peculiarities of their embedding into the public goods reproduction theory have been determined. It is specified that formation of the theoretic-methodological principles of the public goods reproduction due to the economic system gnoseology has to be based on the system paradigm. It is revealed that the paradigm changes in the cognition of the economic systems essence have been marked on the modification of the basic methodological preconditions of the public goods reproduction because of the reconsideration of the conceptual fleshing out of the public goods production, improvement of the present research toolsets and necessity of the overcoming of the existent theoretical contradictions. It has been formed the methodological approach to the cognition of the public goods reproduction nature. It is based on the economic systems gnoseology. The following principles have become its basis: the integrity of the process which facilitates to reveal the cause-effect relations of the most important stages of the public goods provision and nature of the interaction with the components of the economic system; the interdisciplinary component that takes into account the historical, social, political, cultural and valuable factors of their production; the institutional component according to which the reproduction model is structured due to its relationship with the external environment, directions, priorities and the most important conditions of the public goods providing and formalizing of the interaction rules of the individuals; evolution component which specifies on the dynamics of the public goods production and its amplification because of the economic system openness; alternativeness foundation of which has become the presence of the restrictions and dysfunctions, which emerge as the result of the economic system peculiarities, determination of the public preferences and constitutional proportions of the public and private goods consumption. The prospects of the researches are connected with the analysis of the public goods reproduction in the economic system of Ukraine on the principles of the system paradigm. It causes the elucidation of the peculiarities of the impact of the property relation transformation, state of the real sector, institutionalization of the market principles of management and government adjustment by the “market failures” on the public goods production.
