Construction of disaggregated table "input-output" of Ukraine for 2012

On the basis of the table "input-output" (TIA) for 2012, data of microfiles of household surveys and indicators of the System of National Accounts of Ukraine the disaggregation of of Ukraine in consumer prices is presented in the research. In particular, the categories of income and expenditure of households in terms of decile groups, subsidies for end users of natural gas and heat, as well as processes of cross-subsidization in the electricity market are considered. It allows to use the data for research activities of tariff policy on national energy markets. The detailed disaggregation of final consumption indicators, education and income taxation allow to use the data in order to solve a wide range of socio-economic problems, both in the balance of different types of models, as well as a separate analysis tool.

As an example of use of disaggregated data it has been carried out the assessment of multiplier effect in terms of decile groups. It is shown that due to the nature of final consumption structure of poor households the multipliers of release of these categories of population are bigger than those of residential customers of higher decile groups. This makes the task of stimulation of the final demand of relevant consumers more relevant in the context of criteria for growth. However, for a more comprehensive consideration of the multiplier effect we should also take into account the processes of savings and investment expenditures.

In the context of the usage of developed TIA within economic and mathematical models the urgent task has become the building on its base of the disaggregated social accounting matrix that will more comprehensively explore a wide range of economic policies, particularly with the use of instruments of computable general equilibrium models of Ukraine.
