Non-standard forms of employment in the system of transformation of the international labour market
Abstract
The connection between the dynamic development of non-standard forms of employment in the world and the consequences of the transformation of the international labor market have become the objective of the article. On the one hand, the unregulated non-standard employment, particularly in relation to immigrant workers, has negative consequences for the international labor market, on the other hand, the non-standard employment is a kind of lever to address the problems of employment, which are no longer able to decide the dominant conception of employment regulation. The main result of this study is the conclusion concerning the necessity of deep scientific study of those problems. The institutional and regulatory support of non-standard forms of employment should become the consequence of that necessity. This approach will allow to use the most positive aspects of non-standard employment, such as flexibility, adaptability to changes in technology and methods of production and so on.
