Analysis of depreciation of heat networks in ukraine: problems and solutions

Abstract

The purpose of the article. The article aims to analyze the level of deterioration and heat networks in Ukraine in terms of financial, economic and political crisis.

Research Methodology. The works of scientists as for the development and reform of housing and communal services have become the main base for the study of theoretical-methodological questions.

We used the following methods in our research: monographic method (the analysis of scientific publications on the development and functioning of branches of housing) method of economic analysis (the analysis of some technical and economic performance of the heating plants and heat networks in Ukraine and in the analysis of the level and share length of worn and emergency heat and steam networks in the country in general and in the context of its regions).

Research results. The main aspects of specific technical and economic pointers of the heating plants and heat networks in Ukraine are determined . The level and extent of share worn and emergency heat and steam networks in the country in general and in the context of its regions are analysed.

Scientific novelty of the results of the study is to substantiate the main results of increasing the effectiveness of the functioning of heating plants and heating systems in Ukraine. Alsp we have worked on the elaboration and implementation of specific proposals to improve the efficiency of their activities.

The practical significance of the study. The results of this research can become the basis for solving practical problems to improve the efficiency of heating plants and heating systems of Ukraine.
