Subjects of housing fund management

Abstract

Introduction. Housing fund management system in Ukraine is outdated and inefficient. It needs some transformations. Since the subject is an integral part of management, we have to define their list and essence.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the subjects of housing fund management.

The method (methodology). The work uses general scientific methods such as synthesis, synthesis and analysis, comparison, abstraction and induction.

Results. It is proposed to classify the subjects of housing fund management on the basis of interaction on subjects and subjects of direct interaction mediated interaction. To the entities of direct interaction we can include the followin participants of market relations in the provision of housing fund management: the owner of a dwelling house or residential complex, condominium, condominium, consumer, producer, artist, manager. To the entities of mediated interactions we can iclide the following executive bodies: the central executive body of Housing, Utilities and structural units of housing and communal services of local state administrations; local governments, local councils and the structural units of Housing executive committees of local councils. The author’s definitions of "manager" and "subject of housing fund management" are proposed in the research.
