It has been proposed to implement "proactivity", namely "proactive thinking" through training at the enterprises of Ukraine. And as it has been noted that the leader can be a model for his or her subordinates thereby showing an example of his or her "personal responsibility" through his or her decisions and actions.

Formulation of such right questions as «What? How? Which way?» and presence of the pronoun «I» in these questions mean that we increase the level of "personal responsibility", for example, the question «How can I benefit my company today?»

Results. We have come to the conclusion to create at every enterprise the training courses of "personal responsibility for the staff.
