Proactive thinking as an effective method of personnel management
Abstract
Introduction. The paper notes that the term "proactivity" has been popular in foreign countries for a long time due to the numerous publications on this topic. For a successful manager, employee or worker "proactive thinking" should be an essential quality, since it is one of the keys to the success in both personal and professional spheres. In Ukraine, there is a need to study the phenomenon of "proactive thinking" to solve everyday problems and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
The method (methodology). The use of "proactive thinking" as an effective method of management personnel of the enterprise is grounded.
Results. We investigated the most popular definitions of the term "proactivity" and the author has concluded that a proactive person does not wait until everything will be solved by itself as he or she starts searching for solutions and begins to act. It has been proposed to implement "proactivity", namely "proactive thinking" through training at the enterprises of Ukraine. And as it has been noted that the leader can be a model for his or her subordinates thereby showing an example of his or her "personal responsibility" through his or her decisions and actions.
Formulation of such right questions as «What? How? Which way?» and presence of the pronoun «I» in these questions mean that we increase the level of "personal responsibility", for example,the question «How can I benefit my company today?»
Results. We have come to the conclusion to create at every enterprise the training courses of "personal responsibility for the staff.
