Methods and models of personnel selection of the enterprises of resort and recreation areas

In the article problems of organization of personnel management and its involvement into the QA process of providing recreation services for medical purposes are considered. The aim of the article is to analyse and assess the current state of the selection and recruitment of staff in enterprises of resort and recreation areas, and to substantiate the methodological foundations and models of personnel management in enterprises of resort and recreational areas. To study the formation of medical personnel at the state level, we have used a vertically integrated method. It has been clarified that the procedure of formation of structure of the personnel which should include the following interrelated components: planning, innovative quality preparing, the priority of most relevant to this enterprise resort and recreation areas of specialties, a system of continuous training and professional growth; selection of medical workers with regard to the demographic indicators, the ratio between the required number of medical workers and their categories and the number of potential consumers of their services. Methodological base of assessment of the current state of selection of workers in enterprises of resort and recreation areas on the basic principles of staff development and its ability to provide quality recreation, primarily therapeutic services has been investigated. In General, the selection of the personnel of the enterprises of the resort and recreation sphere is associated not only with a single solution, but with many alternatives, with the selection of the best option. Therefore, the question of the selection of staff should be solved with the consideration of all current and projected factors and circumstances.
