Results of the enterprise activity in the context of personnel intellectualization
Abstract
In the article the processes of functioning, improvement and development of the enterprise are carried out with the use of known interpretation of socio-economic system in the form of a typical management couple "subject - object" and with a direct effect influence of the subject into the object and the feedback. It has been proved that the mentioned model can be used as one of the options of simplified display of the results oa enterprise activity as a consequence of intellectualization of their staff. It has been revealed that the proposed by the domestic scientists transformation ratio, as well as their calculation does not allow to identify the dependence of the result of the enterprise activity on the the level of intellectualization of subject and object of management. Therefore, it has been presented the analytical description of a scheme of atypical pair of managerial staff which is covered by the feedback with the consideration of intellectualization. It is based on established linear functional relationships between the coefficients of transformation and intellectualization level of management (the subject of administration) and executive (object of management) staff . To assess the level of business intellectualization of staff it has been suggested to use intellectual properties of merit leader and intellectual executive, their level of training and readiness for use (level of) modern technologies and facilities. Appropriate calculation is based on the useof weights coefficients which indicate the equivalent degree of weight of certain parameters or their combination. Submission of transforming resources into results on the basis of intellectualization of personnel enables not only the possibility to state but also to influence the result of the change through values of transformation. Thus, the necessity of taking into account the forecast of a possible increase of the results value is compared to the cost of wasted resources. Feedback factor which is known in management and technical science is considered to be of the identical level of intellectualization personnel of the enterprise. According to the results of the study it is concluded that the presence of the multiplier effect of intellectualization which enhances, ensures or compensatesthe effect of other non-intellectualization factors.
