Improvement of personnel support of small agribusiness companies

Abstract

The article investigates the mechanism of staffing the small business. The features of economic activity of small agricultural enterprise are analysed. The current state and problems of the training system for the agricultural sector are investigated. The necessity of creating a system of staff support for small farmers is grounded. The creation of a new system of training for family-type farms is proved. The rejection of domination formal approach must become the basis for the formation of educational programs for rural farms. The main criterion for effective of cooperation between farmers and the teacher should be the level of practical implementation of the acquired knowledge. Practical implementation of the proposed measures will significantly increase the level of competitiveness of the rural farms.
