Development of the theoretical aspects of the organizational support of innovative activities at the enterprice

Abstract

In the current economic environment innovation is a key factor that enhances product quality and competitiveness. The success of innovation depends largely on its organizational support.

The purpose of the article is the further development of theoretical positions of "organizational support" and the essence definition of the concept of "organizational support innovation" and its structure.

The works of domestic and foreign scientists who have analyzed the issues of organizational support of the company are the theoretical and methodological basis of the research.

The following methods are used in the research: the method of comparison (for analysis of approaches to the definition of "organizational support"), deduction method (to create the definitions of "organizational support" and "organizational support of innovation activity by three different approaches), method of analysis (to determine the structure of the "organizational support of innovation activity "). The materials of international organizations and the results of scientific works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, data on the Internet are the information base of the research.

The paper describes theoretical approaches to essence definition of the concept "organizational support". It has been outlined the essence of the concept "organizational support of  innovation activity" in the current market conditions. Definition of organizational support is analyzed under different approaches: structural, regulatory, process and system one. Theadvantages and disadvantages of these approaches are determined. A definition of "organizational support" and "organizational support of innovation activity" are worked out. The structure of organizational supportof  innovation activity on the enterprise is determined.

Scientific novelty lies in deepening theoretical positions of organizational support in defining the essence of the concept of "organizational support of innovation activity" and its structure.

The practical significance of the results is the possibility of  future use of research achievements in order to improve the organization of the innovation process in the enterprise.
