Formation of the effective infrastructural maintenance of innovative entrepreneurship in the economic agrarian sector

Abstract

Introduction. It is determined that providing integral development of innovative entrepreneurship in order to develop its infrastructure support is aimed to create the effective horizontal and vertical links between subjects of subsystems of innovative entrepreneurship to achieve the latter goal. Thus, the theoretical and practical basis for the formation of effective infrastructure support of innovative entrepreneurship in the agrarian sector of economy for its permanent rapid growth have become the subject of research.

Purpose. The aim of the article is the investigation of the modern infrastructure’s characteristics and support of innovative entrepreneurship development in order to justify the basis of practical recommendations for improving the infrastructure support in the economic agrarian sector of Ukraine.

Method (methodology). On the basis of abstract and logical method the nature and characteristics of innovative infrastructure of business in Ukraine are reveled. Using observation and modeling method we have grounded the ways of formation of the infrastructure of  innovative entrepreneurship support in the agrarian sector. The steps of its gradual improvement are grounded.

Results. In modern terms the support of innovative entrepreneurship infrastructure in the agrarian sector is observed in separate regions of Ukraine. Today there are no optimized networks of innovation infrastructure, due to the absence of a common policy and development concept of innovative entrepreneurship. Therefore, taking into account the international experience and the peculiarities of national innovation development, it is proposed to create a network of optimal number of innovative structures which will ensure the formation of innovative business infrastructure support in the agrarian sector. Moreover, it has been given the fragmented presence of some innovative structures in the regions. Their three-stage united agrarian associations in the territorial innovation clusters are grounded, which makes it possible to develop the organizational scheme of such institutions in Mykolayiv region, and bring together all stakeholders and participating consumers and create some favorable conditions for the innovative entrepreneurship in the subregions. Those proposals can be used at regional and national levels in order to build an effective system of innovative entrepreneurship as a mean of development of agrarian sector of Ukraine.
