Planning of the potential for building enterprise development
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of planning of the potential for building enterprise development to ensure strategic development. The aim of this article is to outline the scientific and methodological aspects of the planning of the potential for development of building enterprises in Ukraine. The key aspect is the combination of work experience of building enterprises of Ukraine under the conditions of the command economy, its adaption to competitive market conditions and adaptation to the specifics of their work of international experience. A theoretical definition of the notion of the potential for development of building enterprises as a complex index is considered. The article also gives the description of all measures that are taken into account in the process of planning of the potential for building enterprise development, dynamics and market conjuncture, changes in financial, economic, political and legal situation, strategic objectives of economic development of economic agent. The article suggests a mechanism that enables the effective potential for building enterprise development in the future.
