The essence of anti-crisis management in the current economic conditions

Abstract


Introduction. The modern business environment is characterized by economic and political instability in Ukraine. Many enterprises suffer from a deterioration of its activity. At a time when it is difficult to establish stable economic ties in economic systems, the implementation of anti-crisis management at the enterprises becomes more and more important.

The object of this study is the process of the anti-crisis management system organization at the enterprise. The subject of the study is the economic essence of anti-crisis management.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to define and the develop the conceptual approach to anti-crisis management on the basis of the current economic conditions.

Method (methodology). The survey uses the methods of analysis, synthesis and theoretical synthesis.

Results. The article shows the relevance of scientific and practical basis for crisis management at the enterprise. The author has investigated the term "crisis management", highlighted the main approaches to its definition. According to these approaches the term under study involves the withdrawal of the company from crisis, the maintaining of the company in a stable condition, the warning of a crisis in the company. The author proposes his own definition, according to which crisis management is a control system, which is aimed primarily at early detection of contradictions of enterprise with the environment or its internal environment in the context of specific business processes in order to prevent crisis in the enterprise; when there is a probability of occurrence of crisis it should be done the reorganization to perform certain business processes according to current economic conditions; if there is the crisis itself all the efforts should be directed for the development of a mechanism for overcoming the crisis that would include the implementation of appropriate tools and procedures and a deep rethinking of the principles of the company. A conceptual approach to a crisis management is developed in this research. Depending on the depth of the crisis in the enterprise it involves the implementation of preventive, current and delayed anti-crisis management. This management should be carried out in some business processes.
