Improvement of supply chain under international business trends

Abstract


Introduction. In terms of market competition and globalization of the world economy the concept of integrated logistics becomes a priority way of economic development. This concept is based on consolidation of system participants to ensure continuity, lower total costs at all levels of the logistics chain from producer to consumer in meeting the demands of consumers regarding the quality of goods and services, and maximizing the overall economic effect. Therefore there is a need to proceed the study of the management chain in terms of international business and to outline prospects for further development.

Purpose of the article is to identify the peculiarities of  creating of supply chains within the international business and their restructuring taking into account the specific logistics solutions in the context of globalization and competition.

Results. The features of the formation of supply chains in the new international environment of business are investigated. The key trends in the global space are discussed. The modern environmental challenges, prospects and opportunities of new technologies in supply chain management are considered. The theoretical and methodological principles of logistics management during the foreign activity are grounded. The key aspects of perfection of modern supply chains are outlined and their global nature is shown.
