Conjunctural reserves monitoring of effective management of light industry enterprises
Abstract
Introduction. The ability to use favorable market conditions, or resist their negative tendencies is one of the key factors of successful business activity of enterprises of light industry in Ukraine today. Such beliefs are clearly confirmed by comparison of increasing the scale of their business operations and increasing the exchange rate of the national currency when the latter has contributed to the significant reduction of competitive pressure from foreign manufactures. However, it should be noted that the practice of short-term reserves usage of commercial operations is not widely spread in the system of management goals, objectives and strategies of domestic light industry. It is obvious that convincing reasons and conditions objectively contribute to the conservation of the status. Among them there are such widespread reasons as the lack of experience, logistics, finance and credit resources, labor; lack of the necessary volumes of resources; focus on the current management with the simultaneous rejection of strategic management. And there are some specific ones as well: the lack of professionals able to implement adaptation policy to market conditions.
