Trends and patterns of modern stage of ukrainian light industry enterprises development

Actual problems of the development of enterprises of light industry of Ukraine at present stage, preconditions and reasons of their formation and system influence on strategic prospect are defined. Within available challanges of the Ukrainian light industry present stage development, the author pursues the aim of determination of regularities of the enterprises economic activity efficiency and consequences of their formation on ability to carry out economic functions, adequately adapt to a market conjuncture. The analysis of key tendencies of the Ukrainian light industry enterprises development, factors that defined them and appropriate character of the revealed tendencies at the present stage are conducted. The frequency and influence of system economic and global crises, their roles in the process of the light industry enterprises intraeconomic mechanism improvement are defined. It is found out that the prime cause of the Ukrainian light industry enterprises negative processes development is the inefficient system of directive management which was applied in the Soviet Union planned economy and defined enterprises impossibility to react adequately to market conditions changes and branch calls.
