Institutes of capitalization of enterprises

Abstract

It is proved that the determination of the structure of the institutional environment and the impact of the capitalization of certain institutions in the capitalization of companies facilitates the development of effective tools for the development of businesses and the economy in general. Much of the research in this area is abstract theoretical and realistic inhibits the study of institutions, which reduces the practical importance of scientific research.

The author’s definition of the terms «institution» and «institution» were developed.

The result of the study of evolutionary development of institutions is the systematization of their characteristics. Institutional levers of economic growth and economic entities were defined. The grouping of basic elements of the institutional environment for the company's capitalization of enterprise, which forms the basis of the classification management subsystems, was proposed. This proposition allows the detail ways to ensure capitalization of the enterprise in the conditions of dynamic changes of internal and external environment of managing.
