Determining the degree of channel management and distribution systems of the enterprise
Abstract
Introduction. Effective management of sales activities is one of the key elements to maintaining the competitive position of the enterprise market. Today there are a significant number of economic methods of marketing system analysis of the enterprise, however, remains insufficiently investigated the issue of channel management and distribution systems products based on the analysis of interaction between participants in the value chain.
Goal. The study of distribution channel management (systems) by determining the degree of vertical integration of distribution in the result of monitoring the implementation of streaming features. Defining the types of interaction between the participants of supply channel (system), establishing of numerical parameters for such cooperation.
Methods. In this article, we use methods of analysis management systems and distribution channels, mathematical methods for the calculation of the degree of vertical integration of systems and distribution channels, method of scientific abstraction, by definition, the solutions in the distribution channels (systems).
Results. At the article we used the difference between the terms "syndication" and "distribution systems". The characteristics of traditional and vertical distribution systems are viewed. The components of the streams functions in the distribution channels and the met hod of determining the degree of vertical integration of distribution channel (system) based on the analysis of the level of interaction in each thread function are identified. The types of interaction between participants of distribution channel in the process of fulfilling the functions, quantitative parameters of this interaction are outlined. Distribution channels (system) based on the numeric values of the crowd conditions of connection between the participants and the influence of crowd conditions is classified. The connection between the supply chains on the complexity of the control distribution channel (system) of products in general is defined.
