Economic analysis in management by activity of dairy plants
Abstract
The article analyzes trends in economic analysis in management of dairy enterprises in the region. The state's role in maintaining competitive production.
Because economic analysis is of great importance in the estimation of efficiency of activity of milk processing enterprises and ways of its improvement, it is necessary to pay considerable attention to the search of reserves of increase of efficiency of enterprise activity through detailed inspection of performance. With his help: providing an objective assessment of the economic performance of enterprises; is determined by their place in the market, product quality and labor costs; we investigate the influence on the detection of shortcomings and the extension of production volumes and sales; is the stimulus to scientific and technical progress with the use of domestic and foreign innovation and investment.
Considering that highlight internal and external factors of braking of economic analysis activities in Ukraine. In modern conditions of national economy of Ukraine are considered, the requirements from the enterprises to improve production efficiency and product competitiveness on the basis of domestic and foreign experience. The essence of the concept "Economic analysis" on the basis of definitions by different scholars proposed their own definition. The attention is focused on the importance of economic analysis in the implementation of management functions and control.
