Implementation peculiarities of international financial reporting standard for small and medium-sized enterprises in European Union and Ukraine

Abstract


The attention of the authors is focused on the preconditions, scope and key advantages of  International financial reporting standards implementation as a ground for financial statements presentation by small and medium-sized enterprises. It has been discovered IFRS conceptual basics as well as legally fixed in the European Union and Ukraine key criteria which cab be implemented in order to qualify business entities as small and medium-sized  enterprises.
