Informative provision of management of alternative forms of housing fund service: customer-oriented approach

Abstract


Introduction. In terms of fundamental modernization of economic processes, the role of information in ensuring of management of functioning and development of socio-economic systems of different hierarchical levels has been changing fundamentally. Information becomes not just a source of data about certain occurrences or processes, but an effective tool of management efficiency considering its social orientation. This is especially true of those systems, in which people and ensuring of their needs are mission of their functioning in particular. It refers to the municipal sphere and especially to those organizations, which are engaged in housing fund servicing.Thus, for new organizational forms of housing maintenance (condominium associations and management companies), it is important to obtain reliable and timely information before making decisions, and therefore it is necessary to study the theoretical and practical principles of their informative providing on the principles of client-oriented approach.

Purpose. The mechanism of informative providing of management in alternative forms of service housing.

Research objective. The aim of the article is to justify and work out the practical recommendations for the application of client-oriented approach for research of informative providing of management in alternative forms of housing fund servicing.

Method (methodology). In this research we have used the following methods: method of grouping (for classification of factors, problems and reasons), method of system analysis (for evaluation of structure of informative providing), method of analogy.

Results.It has been summarized the theoretical background of informative provision of  management in alternative forms of housing fund servicing on the principles of client-oriented approach. It has been proved the importance of integrated informative provision of the activity of condominium associations and management companies. The main problems of its absence are identified and the ways of implementation are proposed. The social-information model of management of these organizations is proposed.

Field of application: results of research can be used in work of the condominiums and management companies.
