Directions of improvement of the market of personal insurance in Ukraine

Abstract


In the article the problems of life insurance market and its development in Ukraine in the conditions of the European are considered. The causes of imperfection of methods of state regulation of life insurance are determined. The structuring of the personal insurance’s structure is shown. The ways to solve the existant problems taking into consideration the positive foreign experience are determined.

The index of the activities of the domestic life insurance market is analysed. The valuation of the modern state of the personal insurance is done and the innovative approaches to the medical insurance are examined.

The foreign experience of the life insurance development is generalized and systematized. The main problems of the life insurance market are underlined. The directions of the improvement of insurance legislation and state regulation of market are developed.
