Theoretical approaches to determining competence manager
Abstract
The article deals with theoretical approaches to determining competence of amanager. It summarizes methodological tools used to define the terms "manager" and "competence". The study systematizesbasic concepts of these definitions. We have described the elements of competence and basic functions of a manager. It is a study of essence and components that characterize a modern manager. We have defined the content of mentality of a doctor and a health care manager. Conclusion has been made about the need to develop a model of competence of a manager in the health care system.
